I’d like to share with you some letters and reviews I’ve received over the years:

Hi Sharon: Carolina and I just want to thank you for the marvelous job you did at our wedding this past Saturday.  You totally relaxed both of us through the entire process.  Additionally we were impressed with the way you are able to quickly look at surroundings to come up with the perfect picture.  We had compliments from many of our guests at how professional you were and how you captured everything by just quietly going about things and capturing the entire event.  It was a real pleasure working with you and we KNOW we picked the right photographer.  Look forward to meeting with you soon.  -Tony and Carolina C.

Review: A+

For our photographer, we had Sharon Curia of Sharon’s Wedding Art.  We immediately both liked her personality.  We looked at her albums and sets of proofs from other weddings, and loved her style and talent.  We wanted someone more real and photojournalistic, who doesn’t believe in making each couple stop for the photo during the ceremony processional, so Sharon is perfect.  Sharon brought an assistant and both were terrific.  They arrived and were ready on time, if not a little early.  Sharon was great at organizing everyone quickly and getting them together for preceremony photos.  Since we didn’t get outdoor shots of me & Eric, and we didn’t want to miss our cocktail hour, it was her great suggestion that she slip away with us once salads were served to do those few.  Aside from those organized photos, she and her assistant were so unobtrusive, we barely saw them, but they must’ve been around because I’ve seen a slideshow of teasers of our photos, and they’re absolutely amazing.  We love her! – Larissa & Eric, Knot Review

I did not have a free second all evening because I have gotten so many phone calls about our pictures today from people RAVING about how beautiful they are!  We couldn’t agree more & now my cell phone battery is about to die because everytime someone calls to point out favorite pictures I sit and look at it with them on the phone.  We are so amazed… thank you for being our eyes that day!  It is a day that sems like a complete blur and you brought it back into focus for us!- Janelle

Knot review:

Okay, for all those using Sharon she is such a wonderful, soft spoken woman who has the patience of a saint.  Our Spanish/Italian families decide they will do what they want but she got all our pics as requested.  And I swear I never noticed that she was there until she said goodbye at the end. – beachbrat

Photographer – Sharon’s Freelance/Wedding Art- Our proofs from Sharon are great!!! They really came out beautiful and she did a fantastic job of capturing our day. Now that I have the pictures, I can see that she stuck to exactly what we wanted which was some formal shots of DH & I here and there but then mainly candid shots. I kind of wished (for a moment) that we had more posed shots of us with our guests, but that is my own fault since I specifically said not to pose people too much. But she did capture us in a ton of candid shots with our guests, and it is nice because you can see how much we were enjoying our day without being told to look at or pose for the camera. You can really feel the emotion through her pictures. She provided us with memories for a lifetime – we will always be able to look back through all of the pictures and relive our big day. Working with Sharon was a total pleasure. After meeting with her once (our 1st photographer we met with) I knew we had to book her. She has such an easygoing personality and was so easy to work with. She really has a relaxing tone to her voice and it is very calming even through the crazy picture times! She was on time and was never in the way or demanding as far as what needed to get done (ex: certain pics at certain times). I emailed her a list ahead of time of family members and certain shots I wanted and she had that with her and used that to make sure she got everything. Our guests were also impressed with her – one mentioned how great she was and that she was so unobtrusive. You didn’t even know she was there most of the time!By Kerry Solarzano/Knot Review
